A collaborative dialogue on shaping Rajasthan’s digital health and AI roadmap.

IIHMR Startups, Jaipur hosted a closed-door Round Table Conference on Rajasthan Digital Health Research & AI Implementation Strategy, bringing together voices from government, academia, healthcare, industry, and civil society to focus on what will actually work on the ground.

The roundtable was graced by Dr. Amit Yadav IAS, Mission Director, National Health Mission, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of Rajasthan, who shared key insights on aligning AI and digital health initiatives with state priorities and highlighted ABDM as the backbone of Rajasthan’s digital health ecosystem, Joined by Mr. Avinash Kumar Singh, CTO, Dr. B. Lal Clinical Laboratory, who spoke candidly about real-world barriers to AI adoption in healthcare.

The conference was held under the leadership of Dr. P R Sodani, President, IIHMR University, who emphasized the role of academic and research institutions in enabling responsible, evidence-based AI adoption.

The sessions were expertly moderated by IIHMR University faculty members Dr. Vinod Kumar SV, Dr. Prof. Piyusha Majumdar, Dr. Swapnil Gadhave, Dr. Ritu Vashistha, PhD and Ms. Kajal Sitlani.

The discussions moved beyond presentations to honest dialogue on governance, interoperability, and scalability, laying the groundwork for meaningful collaboration and stronger public health systems in Rajasthan.
