Saamarthya is a 6-month, execution-focused acceleration program by IIHMR Startups, designed for healthcare and allied sectors startups that have moved beyond the idea stage and are ready to scale. Built for TRL-4+ ventures, the program targets founders who already have a working product and need structured support to sharpen execution, validate in real-world settings, and become investment-ready.
The program combines deep execution support with ecosystem access, helping startups move from early traction to scalable growth. Through intensive mentorship, real-world pilot opportunities, and hands-on business and regulatory guidance, founders work on solving the hardest part of healthcare innovation: adoption in live environments.
