The session started with introducing the theme of the webinar, HDFC Bank has designed, the Smartup program, exclusively for Startups. A briefing about the strength of program, 28000+ startups availing benefits of SmartUp program were shared.
Startup sector is a sunrise sector, with potential of solving real world problems through innovative ideas and technology. The speaker briefed about the ecosystem, there are 105 unicorns in India out of which 90 are collaborating with HDFC Bank, Startup Universe 75000+ active registered startups, 36 billion funding raised in 2021.
Speaker emphasized on features of different accounts for different stages of startups. Also, glimpse with respect to HDFC 10 Value Added Initiatives, Partnerships, HDFC alliances, Smart Buy platform, HNI Meets, Mentoring, HDFC Bank Connect, CSR Grants, KHOJ, DEMAT for startups, Venture Investments was made.
